Phoenix Gold MS275 Amplifier

This MS275 is somewhat rare in that it has voltage regulators for the +15V and -15V circuits feeding the preamp section.  Almost all PG amps use a zanier diode regulator circuit instead.  You can see the voltage regulators (with attached heatsinks) on the second photo down.  The power supply input capacitors have been replaced, and all the transistor mounting screws have been replaced with stainless steel cap screws.  I measured this amp at 22.75V RMS output prior to clipping, and with no load.  You can do the math to figure out what that could be for your load.  You will find it is WAY more than the factory rating of 75W a channel these had back in the day.  Cosmetically this amp is not too bad, but has seen better days.  I think it is above average for the age it is.
